Living in This World: The Struggle with Fear and Fitting In

Sant Ji says, "It takes less effort for a being to truly become good than to pretend to be good."

In life, we often get caught between two extremes: either being completely fearless or worrying too much about what society expects, forgetting who we really are. We sometimes pretend to be good instead of being true person. Many of us live based on outside pressures instead of being the truthful person. In this struggle, we might forget our true purpose, true personality, and the effect our choices have on our spiritual path. Not being truthful can create a caste on inner beauty and we end up in a world of pretending.

When we always try to fit in with society and ignore our inner truth, it makes it harder to think for ourselves. It weakens our connection with the divine, 'Onkar', the Supreme Power, and leaves us open to the distractions of the material world. True spirituality isn't about how we appear on the outside; it's about changing ourselves inside. Meditation and spiritual talks led by Sant Gobind Ram Ji (Sant Ji) help us reconnect with our true selves and find peace and clarity. And teaches us to keep balance between our true self and the outer world. As we practice these teachings, we gradually begin to feel a deeper sense of purpose and alignment with the universe. This journey is not just about self-improvement, but also about becoming more in tune with the divine presence that guides us.

The Struggle with Fear and Fitting In

The Nadar Gobind Foundation (NGF) is dedicated to organizing Satsangs and sessions with Sant Gobind Ram Ji around the world, helping people find spiritual guidance and growth. As followers of Sant Ji's teachings, we are grateful to be part of a movement that promotes inner peace, wisdom, and self-discovery. By listening to his divine messages, we find the strength to live according to truth and spirituality, even in today's busy world. True spirituality doesn't come from outside distractions, but from quiet reflection, guided by the wisdom of a master. Only by looking within can we rediscover our true selves and find the peace we're seeking.
